Terms of use and sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Drill and Deal site and the Premium subscription. Creating an account or subscribing means you accept them and the privacy policy.

2. The service

• Free to use: part of the lectures, the glossary, the formulas, the tools, the news, the globe and the screener.
• With Premium: every Finance from zero lecture with its problem set, the full mining finance course and its case studies, every interview question and the mock interviews.

The content is educational. It is not investment advice. We may add to it or reorganise it, without removing the core of what Premium includes during a period already paid for.

3. Your account

You need a valid email address and a password you keep to yourself. An account is personal: its access is not shared.

4. Prices and payment

Premium costs 9 € a month or 79 € a year, VAT included.

You pay on Stripe’s payment page. The subscription is sold through Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company), acting as reseller: Link takes the payment, applies VAT and sends receipts and invoices. Its payment terms appear on the payment page.

On your bank statement, the payment appears under a descriptor that starts with “LINK.COM*”, followed by the site’s name.

If a price changes, the new price applies only from the next renewal, and we tell you beforehand.

5. Length, renewal and cancellation

The subscription starts when you pay. It renews automatically for the same length, a month or a year. Before each yearly renewal, you receive a reminder email.

You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, with the “Manage my subscription” button on the Premium page or from your Link account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then, and nothing more is charged.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

For 14 days after you subscribe, you can cancel and get a full refund, without giving a reason. Write to antoine@drillanddeal.com or use Link’s support.

After that, the current period is not refunded, unless the service was not provided or the law requires it.

7. Interview pack

When offered, the interview pack is sold for 49 €, VAT included, as a one-time payment on the same payment terms. Its files are downloads, limited to five downloads per file, for personal use. The 14-day refund in section 6 applies too.

8. Use of the content

You receive a personal, non-transferable right of use. You may not copy, resell or distribute the content, extract it in bulk with a robot, or share your access. If you do, we may suspend the account after warning you.

9. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site available and accurate. It may be interrupted for maintenance. The content is checked with care but may contain errors: please report them. Investment decisions you take remain your own.

10. Personal data

How we handle it is described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Subscribers are told by email, and the new terms apply from the next renewal.

12. Disputes and mediation

If something goes wrong, write to us first at antoine@drillanddeal.com. If we cannot solve it, you will be able to use a consumer mediator free of charge: we are in the process of joining one, and its details will appear here as soon as this is complete.

These terms are governed by French law. The competent courts are those designated by the ordinary rules.
